Client Brief: The client wanted maximise unused loft space to create a spacious master bedroom with functional ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The project needed to blend seamlessly with the existing property while maintaining a high-quality finish throughout.

Single Story Extension and Kitchen – Sketty
Client brief: The clients wanted to create a spacious and modern open-plan living area that would become the central hub of their home. A key requirement was to introduce more natural light into the space, while ensuring the extension blended seamlessly with the existing property. The project also needed to be managed efficiently to minimise disruption to the household during construction.
